1. No Cash Refunds

Please note that cash refunds will not be issued after purchase for goods that are in working order and match the description provided at the time of sale.

2. Returns for Non-Defective Items

  • Returns for non-defective items may be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Eligible returns will be processed as exchange or store credit only.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Warranty for Electronic Items

All electronic items sold by Rovinka Global Impex are covered under a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim:

  • Present the defective item along with the original receipt.

  • Items will be inspected to verify the defect.

  • Depending on the results of the inspection, we may repair, replace, or refund the item.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence

  • Power surges, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tanks of Rice Steamers (these are specifically excluded from warranty coverage)

5. Proof of Purchase Required

For all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, the original receipt must be provided. Without proof of purchase, we will not be able to process your request.
